The apartments The Residences at Mar Menor Golf & Resort are located in the residential complex of the  Mar Menor Golf Resort, a privileged place on the Costa Cálida (Murcia-Spain) They have been designed by the prestigious architect Melvin Villarroel and they all over look the 18 hole golf course. The garden areas are beautiful with  exuberant vegetation in which the community swimming pool takes pride of place.

 
Guests have access to the Hotel Intercontinental’s facilities, located next door. These include a spa, tennis courts and a Mediterranean restaurant.

The air-conditioned apartments at The Residences at Mar Menor Golf & Resort feature elegant décor. Each one has a living room with a TV, and a kitchen with an electric hob and microwave.
